The space is spacious for a one bedroom, and includes a large living room with a gas fire place (use permitted upon request after host gives instruction), a full size American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofa with a gel mattress, and large 50" smart Tv with logged into Prime Tv, and with access to Netflix, HBO, etc. for guests that have those accounts
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, range, oven, Amercican style coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. There is a kitchen bar table for taking morning coffee and breakfast.
The bedroom has a king size bed, and an adjacent sunroom with a desk and a queen size American Leather sleeper.
