At St. Zane Lofts, you’re greeted by soaring 18-foot ceilings, sleek European cabinetry, and sunlit rooms that breathe minimalism with warmth. This modern loft features clean architectural lines, marble-tiled spa-style bathrooms, and interiors inspired by the eclectic charm of Southwest Arizona—think curated desert tones, natural textures, and elevated, modern comfort.

Unit is a fully private 3-bedroom, 2-bath loft that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, or retreats. Whether you`re gathering in the expansive open concept living room or unwinding in a carefully styled bedroom, St. Zane Lofts offers a boutique hotel experience wrapped in residential ease.

In an effort to keep everyone and everything safe, it is important to take note of the following:
Check In > 04:00 pm (or after) | •Check out> 11:00 am
You will receive check-in instructions at your scheduled check-in.

•Events & Guests> Only guests listed on the reservation permitted, no unauthorized parties & events allowed. [There is a fine per person for unauthorized guests]. Approved events have additional associated fees/deposits paid prior to stay.

•Parking> Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted

•Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises.

•Bugs> Bugs, flies, ants, mosquitos, etc. on the outside of the home are inevitable therefore we do exterminate regularly (inside and outside) to discourage them from being a nuisance while you`re relaxing outside and to eliminate any environment for them to thrive inside of the home.

•Cleanliness> Please use white / black towels as suggested to help prevent stains of any kind and fees that can be associated with unremovable stains. There is a $60 fee if bodily fluids are found and a $20 fee if trash is not secured properly in a trash bag upon check out.

•Lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry.

•Furniture/Damages> In the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location. Broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls.

•Pets> Yes pets are welcome, please ensure they are added to the listing. Please also keep the following in mind during your stay:
- No pets on the furniture.
- No pets to be left unattended.
- Please do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet.
- Please clean up after your pet.

*Note- There are associated fees for violating house rules.
