"Me gusto que es centrico y hay buena atencion"

"Everything was good except for the dog barking all night long both nights I stayed. Also very inconvenient not to have an extra key for house keeping and maintance purposes. They installed my heater at 10 at night just cause I had the key and I was out all day. When we met the owner during breakfast he was no willing to modify any suggestions we made or even be receptive to a future accommodations for a lg group. I will not stay there again "

"The hotel is large, clean, nice with an excellent location. It is close to Plaza Constitucion, Mercado Modelo and many dining and shopping opcions. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were standoffish and unfriendly. They were unresponsive to requests. "

Restaurants and stores are within a block walk but in an are not of interest to tourist. Personnel at the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful with suggestions and eager to help."

Después, descubrimos que cancelaron nuestra reserva para dárselo a otra persona que pagaba más. No les importó dejarnos en la calle sin hotel en temporada alta.
