"The pool was shut down for maintenance and there was no email or notification that the pool would not be available for our stay. Part of my family went to a concert while the other 1/2 was staying back at the hotel just to swim. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was very nice. We did not use the bar or the restaurant on site. The sleeper sofa had stains on the couch part. No extra blankets avaliable only sheets. The bathrooms were clean. "

"Our room was very clean and quiet. Thomas at the front desk was super friendly and helpful."

"The lobby was really nice and clean. The hall carpet and elevator tile was filthy. The drawers in the chest of drawers in our room would not stay closed. This caused a safety issue during the night. When walking to the restroom, the drawers would be in the walkway. I hit the top drawer with my arm. Other than the drawers, the room was nice. The shower head was great."

"The location was good, close to numerous restaurants. The property is best described as spartan. There is lots of deferred maintenance issues inside and out. A number of basic comfort items are missing like wash cloths in the room. "
