"I only stayed for 1 night and the only problem was I discovered in the morning there was no soap or shampoo in the room. I don't think I've ever experienced that in any hotel! I called front desk prior to breakfast and was told these would be dropped off while I was at breakfast. I returned to the room afterwards and still no soap or shampoo. I called again and they brought it up right away. Otherwise all was good; breakfast was good, room was good."

"Front desk lady was very helpful on check-in. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was horrible. The hamburger was a like a hockey puck. Service in the restaurant was horrendous. We never went near the place again."
