"Bed bugs!!! Do not stay at this abandoned resort. Expedia should be ashamed that they represent this hotel as a partner. There is a total of 5 staff for the entire resort no managers is what they told me. Locals and staff bathing in the hot tubs and pools with clothes on. All restaurants closed All bars closed Multiple buildings abandoned and massively destroyed on property. "This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect stay. The hotel is just old world charm personified, in a great location opposite the river and very close to walk street for evening dining. The beds were comfy and the rooms quiet. Everything was the same as the pictures online. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. The buffet breakfast in the courtyard was amazing. Highly recommend."
