"Lovely hotel at the northern end of Alpe d’Huez. Quite basic rooms with no tea/coffee in the room and clearly aimed at the ski season as the bar and restaurant were not open in July when we visited. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was good quality and varied options. There are only a few parking spaces outside the hotel but plenty of free parking on the street and other parts of town. "I don't typically leave reviews. I had a nice stay, but then the property kept spamming my Hotels.com messaging center with ads to stay at other properties they own in Europe. I reported it to Hotels.com, but continued receiving spam, 3 messages in total, even a month after my stay. Thus I'm forced to leave a less than ideal review. Don't spam paying customers who did not agree to marketing communications. "

"The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...
