"The front desk staff was especially friendly and professional. The room had not been vacuumed or mopped. I saw sparkly things all over the floor, so I bent down to see what it was and unfortunately saw bundles of hair and dust on the floor as well. Between the bed and nightstand there were drops of liquid on the floor that had not been cleaned up. It was late, so I just made sure to keep my socks on until I left."

"Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Only one elevator was seemed to be working with no signage or notice. Otherwise good experience for one night stay."

"Breakfast area picture looks inviting however there were few choices (no fresh fruit). Room was OK but couldn't move shower head, tub floor seemed slippery despite safety strips."

"The place is in a great location! Close to downtown Wilmington, UNC Wilmington, wrightsville beach, Airlie gardens and Mayfair.Quiet neighborhood, close to groceries, shops and restaurants. Kitchen has all the tools for making meals and nicely updated. Our pup enjoyed the home and neighborhood as well. "

"The property and motel and staff were great. I highly recommend staying here but don’t book it through Expedia because they charge you more instead of saving money. Book directly with the hotel. We had to stay another night and saved money by booking with the hotel. I thought Expedia was supposed to save you money. I won’t make that mistake again."

"The back yard was huge!! There are some gaps underneath the back gate so I'm not sure about having a small dog out unattended. Everything else was great! "
