Huhnerkopfe-Dreibundenstein Ski Lift

I recently stayed at Pop Up Hotel Krone Zürich and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks largely to the incredible efforts of the hotel manager, Steven and the lovely Lady. From the moment I arrived, the lovely lady went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, memorable, and stress-free. the lovely Lady was incredibly attentive, greeting me warmly and personally checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. What truly stood out was Steven and the lovely Lady genuine care for the guests. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff reflected Steven and the lovely Lady dedication to excellence, which speaks volumes about their leadership. It’s clear that Steven and the lovely Lady runs a tight ship, and their passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the hotel. I highly recommend Pop Up Hotel Krone Zürich to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, and I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Steven and the lovely Lady Five stars all around! Place was amazing and very friendly/ nice people.

The hotel was perfect for our week long stay. Plenty of restaurant options very close by, lots of shopping just over the river, and a very convening location to the train station, Zürich HB. The breakfast was simple but good each morning. Small bar with very few, if any, people drinking at it. The staff is quite attentive and really very nice and helpful. We particularly liked Britney who was there most evenings and always had a warm smile. The rooms are spacious, beds are uncomfortable. The maid service was hit or miss with some doing a great job at cleaning the bathroom, others barely wiped the counter. When we first arrived my MIL was given the wrong room number and key to enter the room which had a man sleeping in the bed. Startling, yes, but quickly resolved. The woman who appeared to be a manager there that made the error did not appreciate us joking about the mistake and would not speak to us the remainder of the trip. My MIL did not mind the show at all! Thank goodness the rest of the staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel was a lovely, centrally located stay.
