This hotel was not clean, had no A/C, and no WiFi our whole visit. The tub didn’t drain well and the shower curtain had large visual orange water stains on it. While close to the train station, there is some sketchy businesses on the block. Important to use situational awarenesss nearby but it is a nice busy area with lots of tourists coming and going. Breakfast had a few options, but many dishes were not labeled and nothing was particularly noteworthy. Espresso machine was great!

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.
