Huis ter Heide Holidays

It was clean. But air conditioning was not good enough. We had to switch to a smaller cheaper room just to get the room to be a bit cooler. But the fan was not working as it was supposed to.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

Very friendly staff, cool cat, would stay here again any day.

The room was very nice & the staff were extremely kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all!

Hotel staff were uniformly excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. While the hotel is "pricey", it is definitely a 5-star hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for that type of experience.
