"Very pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. I knew the location was great for my plans in Eugene, but for a relatively inexpensive place, I wasnt expecting the room to be as nice/nicer than some of the 4-star hotels Ive stayed at. Very friendly staff, super convenient, and a great room. Highly recommend. "

"I felt like they prioritize safety, which makes you feel more secure and comfortable. Several coffee options in the morning with in room coffee maker, free coffee in the lobby and gourmet coffee nearby at the 5th St market."
"The property is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, campus, and about a 30 minute walk from Autzen Stadium. The Tavern has great food, but with limited entree items (would like to see more fish/seafood/wild game options, but that's just me. Tyler the bartender is fantastic along with the majority of servers and other bartenders. Had lunch at the bar one day and while the Grilled Chicken Cobb was fantastic, the bartender never smiled and was not overly friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the bed/pillows were perfect for me comfort wise. Be careful where you order Lyft/Ubers from within the hotel as the drivers were showing up at different locations if I ordered from our room."
"Recently remodeled, awesome free breakfast, room was so clean, very fresh bath towels, gym, indoor pool. Across the street from Oregon Ducks University. Would stay here again. Thanks for your services "

"I had never stayed in a Bed and breakfast and this did not disappoint. The room was cozy, the staff was helpful and kind! The food was amazing. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and close to everything! My only disappointment was no visit from the rumored house ghost lol!"
