"This was one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. The decor was also very cute. Loved the location which was central to everything I needed. The two amenities that could be improved - the blow dryer was mediocre and the AC unit (which I wanted to use just as a fan) has seen better days (my room's was missing a part)."

"To start, we were welcomed by Abby at the front desk. She was amazing. Knowing that we were leaving really early the following morning, she had scones and coffee ready for us. Her service was over the top and she even brought us extra towels. The room was really nice. The common areas are beautiful, the house has so much history, and the grounds are gorgeous. My only complaint, which is not any fault of the house, is that there was a train blasting its horn three times through the night. But again, not the house's fault, just the location and a thing to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again."

"I enjoyed my stay the location was great easy to walk to Saturday market and restaurants great wine bar next door and an excellent pizza place half a block away.My grandsons loved the river playground which was within walking distance.Great communication with the host answered messages quicklyThe only drawback was the noise from the train so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.The sleeper sofa was not comfortable and needs a new mattress"

"This rental is in a great location very close to downtown Eugene. It is right next to the train line but it didn't bother us. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We wanted to make some changes and she got right back to us. The place is small and simple but, has everything you need. We would definitely recommend."
