"A great stay. Clean and tidy and easy to find. Excellent price."

"Clean room, great area - with the gardens very close by. Loved the beautiful spa bath too. Easy parking too. I didn’t realise though that I would have to haul my heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and it is the first time I have ever seen a sign in the kitchen stating that you will be charged a $50 fine if you don’t wash your dish. I always do my dishes but I would hate to think about how “some” guests washing habits are. Was a little bit off-putting to see that… felt quite unfriendly."

"Steep gravel driveway not ideal for parking outside unit or for people with mobility issues. Room was damp. If you have too many appliances on at once the electricity trips out. Very small bathroom area. We noticed on our last morning that the smoke alarm was missing. On the plus side the beds were comfortable."

"What a disgrace of a business!! Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail. We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in. Staff were not hospitable at all, acted like we were an inconvenience, and that's putting it mildly. Room was freezing cold with an ineffective wall heater that did nothing. Bed was hard as the floor, and one cotton sheet with an equally thin blanket, not appropriate for the time of the year, we had to go to bed fully clothed. Not good enough for what we paid, in fact I want a refund. The worst place I have ever stayed ! "
