The staff were great. The room was not worth the high rates. It was clear that the room had not been properly ventilated for a while. Floor boards require attention. Bathroom amenities are too fragrant for persons with allergies. Pillows were too soft. The lack of TV channel options was interesting in 2026. I don’t plan to return.

Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay at the RIU. It was very clean and our room was cleaned daily and we were left with plenty of clean towels. The location was also perfect for what we were there for.

My mom, aunts and I rented 2 rooms for 5 days at Hotel 32 32 for my mom’s birthday. We were very well taken care of by the hotel staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent staff, location and nice spacious rooms. We’ll definitely stay again!!
