"We had a wonderful visit to the Homestead over Christmas. The front porch with the fire pits with blankets make the perfect spot to drink a glass of wine with the tree lights sparkling in the distance. The food at Jefferson’s was amazing and the manager Matthew and our server Neville made sure our visit was perfect. Rooms were super clean, amenities were great. We went to the shooting club and enjoyed our time there. Thanks to our instructor James for his patience with us as we were all very new to clay shooting.. Start saving now because the activities aren’t cheap but they make the stay even more memorable and fun and I feel we’re worth the money. The spa is amazing with many options. We opted for the body wrap instead of the regular massage and it was very relaxing. Our favorite thing was the visit to the Jefferson Pools in Warm Springs. Also we had dinner at Bacova Beer in Hot Springs and another meal at the Waterwheel Restaurant in Warm Springs and both I would highly recommend. All in all, a really nice place that I can’t wait to visit again! Great job Homestead team! "

"Perfect location and cozy cabin!"

"Overall, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook warm meals after a long day of skiing. The living room was cozy and inviting, and we really enjoyed relaxing there and spending time watching TV together.The location is excellent. The ski resort is right downstairs, and you can even see the lifts and beautiful scenery directly from the room, which was a wonderful bonus.I especially want to compliment the staff for being extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early, and they kindly allowed us to pick up the parking card in advance so we could take care of parking first. This was a big help during the busy pre Christmas ski season. Whenever we had questions or issues, their responses were very quick and efficient.The only minor downside during our stay was that the heating was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Based on the staff’s suggestion, we had to turn it off and open the window to regulate the heat. Otherwise, the room could become quite warm. If the heating were easier to control, the stay would be even more comfortable.Overall, we had a great experience. You can really feel that this is a home style accommodation. It may not be as perfect as a hotel, but it is warm, welcoming, and full of character."
