"The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for the Surf City Marathon. Lobby is open with nice view of the view and ocean. We had a 2 queen room w partial ocean and partial city view and balcony - well worth it! Love that they accept dogs of any size. $150/n felt steep but includes free collar, dog toy and use of dog beds and bowls - we didn’t know any of that so remember to ask for those perks when you bring your dog. Great ambiance and location cannot be beat for beach and ocean boulevard access. "

"David is the gold standard of customer service. I’ve been pulling my hair out all day, thinking the Internet’s got issues and I admittedly haven’t made his day easy at all and what a gracious caring dude he is! Anybody who’s been in hotels knows what it feels like when somebody’s trying to just brush you off or make you feel like you’re bothering them and this guy could not be sweeter more understanding and just so helpful so happy that you’re even calling to ask him for help! What a relief to be able to call the desk with some issue in the room and the person not make me feel like I am gonna be thrown on the streets for it whatever raise he’s up for it needs to be doubled. Breath breath of fresh air"
