"This place is great. We stay once a year. It's across PCH from the beach! It's small and quaint. It is really clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and nice. It is quiet and convenient. 2 miles from Daveys Locker where we go out on a fishing boat. Recommend!"

"This is the best stay I've had a hotel! It was a well designed with an awesome beachy aesthetic and all the amenities were giving HB vibes. I loved that they had beach cruisers, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and kids scooters available. They also had smores plates for pick up between 5-10 to take out to the fire pits! My room had two super comfy queen size beds with a huge balcony facing the pier. Parking was easy and the location was top tier within walking distance from main street and pacific city."

"When I arrived at the property last night I was greeted by a lovely young man who was incredibly helpful. I am mobility impaired, so handling my bags, etc, can be very challenging. He jumped right in and helped me to my room.. After getting into my room, I realized my tv didn’t work. I notified the front desk and it appeared that nothing could be done. I was exceptionally disappointed. But, just a short time later, the front desk called me and informed me that they had located another room for me. I was delighted. The tv worked, there was a roomy fridge where I was able to keep my dinner, and a microwave. (Also coffee!) The staff was as friendly and helpful when I checked out. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to stay in Huntington Beach, this is a great choice!!!"

"We had a great time. However I had 2 separate delivery people tell me the Hilton wouldn’t let them bring my food to the room. This was annoying bc my food got stolen out of the lobby on the second time I ordered it. The staff acted like it was my fault."

"I booked my stay through hotels.com for one night king bed ocean view room as stated in the picture I attached, when I checked in the lady in the front desk took my ID to the back for a good 5-8 minutes for unknown reason and when she came back she said my room is ready but then it became a 2 queen bed and I said why did it became a different room and she emphasized that it's what I booked, I didnt feel arguing since it was late (830pm) and Im exhausted so I payed with a hold for around $800 and I asked her again if its an ocean view and she said yes. When I got to the room I noticed that the room didnt even have a view except the room with Hvac components, so I went down to the front desk to see whats going on. The lady called her Manager and I spoke to gentleman name Ty or Thy and right off the bat his attitude was unprofessional! He said that's theres nothing he can do and it is what is and I said is there a room available tonight with what I booked first and he said the hotel is fully booked but when I checked their availability online the same night it showed there's room available, I felt they were saving those room for someone else maybe and I want in my best presentation since I came from my kitchen job so I end up with a room that I didnt even booked for, I felt that I was robbed since I paid for nicer room and getting a different down graded room, this totally put a very sour experience towards this hotel"
