Took 4 room assignments before satisfying room was available. Two rooms didn't have tv's, lights didn't work in one room, hole in wall in one bathroom and water leak. Window wouldn't shut completely. Very dirty. Carpet in poor condition.

This is a convenient location for me, and the price is right -- but you (almost) get what you pay for. There is a ton of wear and tear in the rooms (carpet, walls, tubs, etc) - but it's clean. We checked into one room and the tv didn't work, so they switched us. The tv worked in that room, but the hair dryer didn't. We overheard another guest complaining at the desk that he didn't want to switch rooms, but could he please get someone in to fix (whatever the problem was). There is also a storage building going up next door, and construction starts promptly at 7am -- so don't expect to sleep in! Pros: convenient, inexpensive, relatively clean. Cons: Desperately in need of some basic handyman services: patching, painting, etc!

It needs work. Water in tub was dripping. And the shower head was spraying on the wall. The freezer was iced over. And the cable TV was missing the HDMI cable to the TV. They replaced it though. Lots of damage on walls with half done repairs and mismatched paint, if any paint is used.

Exterior looked okay until you went inside. Lobby was okay, room was out of date and damaged. Carpet was stained, room was never cleaned properly from last stay evidenced by an old key card sleeve in the middle of the floor. Towels were not in room, no coffee cups. Shower was old and dirty. Sheets were yellowed either from age or not cleaning properly. Comforter had ink stains and a cigarette burn. Breakfast was minimal waffle maker cereal and bread. True to their website, they have coffee 24/7. Only stayed because it was within my budget and it advertised breakfast but I will rethink my choices in the future. Didn't notice anything like the other reviews with dirty mattresses or bed bugs, I inspected thoroughly before laying down. Possibly because I booked a two bed room. If the room was half the price I paid I would be more understanding but for 20 dollars more I could've stayed in a holiday inn and not had these issues.

I don’t like the fact that on the web site they said shuttle services available to airport. When I got to location and asked for shuttle ride to the airport in the morning I was notified that the shuttle service doesn’t run on the weekend. The shuttle was the whole point of staying at the location.

The 1st room we were given was DIRTY! The bedding, floor, everything was dirty. There was no housekeeping staff available so we were given another room. The 2nd room only had 1 bed. The toilet did not work in the 2nd room and was not repaired until the next day, and it still never worked properly. You have to let the front desk staff know each morning if you want your room cleaned. The 2nd day we were given hand towels instead of bath towels. Went down to the front desk and was told that they did not have any clean towels and there was no way to get any until the following day after housekeeping arrived and washed some.

The room was dirty, dated and smelled funny, nothing like the pictures online. It felt uncomfortable to be there and I had to cancel the remaining of my stay. The pool and the gym also weren’t opened

Our room us filthy and everything lookterrible, the bathtub the floor has dead grass and debris all over will not take my shoes off on any of these floors. The box spring cover has a rust colored stain on the side looks disgusting. There is a cabinet with microwave and coffeepot on it sitting just barely pasy foyer sticking out into hallway to the door have to walk around it.

This place was disgusting. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty. There were holes in the walls with toilet paper stuffed in them, stains on the sheets, mold or blood on the bathroom ceiling. There was blood on the light switch in the room. Cigarette burns and smell everywhere. The police showed up due to a fight. Do not stay here.

There are holes in the walls in the rooms and hallways and the carpet is old, dirty with cigarette burns. The beds were very comfortable, though. There was a family who was staying there and I was told by staff they felt sorry for them and gave the older male a job of collecting trash. The first night the female who appeared to be the mother of two children was yelling in the lobby and telling the man he won’t lay hands on her again. Between 11-11:30 pm the family was outside the building yelling while a male child around 7-8 years old ran around with no shirt on yelling and playing and riding a scooter. The temperature was in the upper 40. This continued for several hours. I was told the police were finally called and the next day they were quiet. Our night sleep was difficult and we had to go to a funeral the next morning. Our family was in 3 other room besides ours with the same complaints.

Rooms were terrible. Electric was faulty and didn’t work. Holes in the walls and door. Graffiti on the wall in the bathroom. The carpeting was torn and tattered all over the place. The place wreaked of marijuana “skunk” and cigarettes. It felt and smelled like I slept in an ashtray. I don’t have anything good to say about this place.

Regretfully the state of most carpets in this hotel need replaced or a stout cleaning. I also had to move rooms four times: first one was not clean, second one smelled like smoke, third: bed cover had dirt on it and sheets had stains on them, trash still in trash can and ashes near window on carpet. The fourth was okay but lights and tv were both on when I entered the room. It was noisy due to concrete being poured in parking lot next door...even at midnight.

Dirty entry way - Dirty elevators - dirty hallway to room. Marijuana stanch throughout the hotel. Cereal but no milk to go with it. COLD coffee. Upon arrival there was a water leak in the entrance right thru the light bulb. (it's a miracle this place didn't catch on fire). Refrigerator had two settings, WARM or FROZE all our food. Coffee maker in room was broken. NO HOT WATER Tuesday night nor Wednesday morning. Should get half of my money back. It was the last time they saw me and my money.

The outside looked nice, the staff was friendly but when I got to my room the desk was falling apart, huge scrapes on the walls, the shower head was broken and spit water in my face when it turned on, the tub drained very slowly, the sink was broken to where it couldn't hold water in the sink and seemed that everything was in general disrepair. The bed was comfortable and I saw no signs of any insects but was overall pretty disappointing based off of the photos prior to booking. Not worth the booking price.

This hotel seemed like a great option for a family of 4 who just needed to sleep on a long drive. We were here less than 8 hours and did not have breakfast. The beds were clean and mostly comfortable if you like ants. That’s where the good stuff ends. We were put by multiple smoking rooms and smelled smoke all night. I’m actually up at 2:45am writing this due to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in our room. The shower will not turn all the way off so it’s just running as is the water in the toilet. The overall quality is just unkept. The walls are all in various stages of repair the outlets are burned up. I would probably give it 2 stars if the lady who checked us in hadn’t been so unfriendly.

We were shown several rooms and they were all filthy. Had to leave hotel and go elsewhere. Pics online are deceptive. Even though they had no clean/safe room they won't give refund. BEWARE!!! This place is a health hazard.

We were discouraged by the cleanliness and lack of basic repairs in lobby and hall but then found the room we were given was missing the glass in the peep hole so I could see directly into the room before opening the door. Inside the room was about the same as what we saw going down the hall. After looking at another room we decided to go elsewhere. I am thankful to the lady at the front desk in understanding my concerns and immediately cancelling my reservation.

This is listed as a 2 star hotel. And it is a above average 2 star. Don’t except a 4 star as some of the reviews have been. It is a good hotel for the money. Appeared clean. Check in was no issues. Front desk person was not rude but was not friendly either. Breakfast was very minimal but more than some 2 star hotels. Waffles and cereal and that was about all. Rooms smelled ok. Bit halls smelled of weed but that’s ok and not really the hotels fault. Felt very safe. Ac worked great. Shower water pressure was great but a slight leak at the shower head but not a real issue. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were smaller but soft and everlasting of them so no complaints. Elevator was alerting lol. It was fine but made a noise as it stopped on the 3rd floor. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here myself. I have stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels in the past. And this is an above average 2 star. Please don’t compare to a 3 star or above. But for $120 in this area it was good. Overall I picked this hotel because it was close to a place I was needing to visit.

What a terrible stay! The hotel is greatly in need of repair. We had 4 outlets in the room, and everyone had a broken cover. The shower curtain rod was broken and just hanging down, and the toilet paper roll holder came out of the wall. There was also a huge hole in the carpet by the door. I could see nails in the sheetrock on the ceiling where they did a poor repair job, and every wall needed repaired and painted. The Keurig style coffee maker had dust and residue all over it. The whole hotel smelled like a Snoop Dogg concert, and we decided to forgo breakfast all together because the area was not clean and the selection was terrible. I booked it because my experience with Microtel has been good, but I wish I read the reviews before booking.
