The cottage impressed us both from the moment we pulled in the driveway. I had booked in advance for our anniversary and my wife had no idea untill we showed up. Everything was clean and inviting and was such a perfect cozy place.
We had the most amazing stay at this cozy A-frame cottage in Huntsville. The fall colors were beautiful — vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows all around. We spent our days hiking through the nearby trails and enjoying the fresh air. In the evenings, the private hot tub was great— the perfect way to relax under the stars after a day of exploring. The cottage itself is warm, stylish, and spotless, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, peaceful getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty of Muskoka in the fall. Can’t wait to come back!
We absolutely loved our stay, the property was beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating. Enjoyed the hottub and scenery. Would definitely recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse! The home was well equipped, very clean, and in a very peaceful location. It allowed us to decompress and enjoy the quiet! Feeding the young deer Georgian Bay apples in the morning was a highlight!! We would highly recommend this property to anyone!
A quaint little house nestled amongst the trees within hidden valley surrounded by nature. The location was perfect as it was so peaceful and quiet with a quick drive to town. There were plenty of trails, a beach and lots of places to visit or you could just spend a peaceful day sitting on the porch reading a book. The owners also provided a variety of games, puzzles and books. The turntable was an added touch as there’s nothing better than music from an old record. Highly recommend.
This property was amazing as it was totally unique from anywhere else we have been. Functional, clean and has plenty of amenities to keep entertained while staying with 2 children. Everything worked as it should. We were able to relax while being comfy and cozy as a family.
Nick and Nat - THANK YOU!
The cottage was picture perfect, so cozy, comfortable and just a perfect place to spend a weekend away from the city 💕
Highly recommended 🙏
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Treehouse! The location is serene and quiet. The views are beautiful and allow for a real opportunity to unwind. There are a lot of close by trails but also not far from the town. The property was clean and cozy. We will gladly stay again!
Our stay was wonderful myself and my wife really loved the views! Even had a deer come and sit outside for a half an hour! Was nice showing my daughter all the nature!
Thank you!!
We arrived tired and stressed from life. We left rejuvenated thanks to the comfort of the Treehouse. The hosts obviously put a lot of thought into every detail. The Treehouse had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable without feeling cluttered. It's a wonderfully cozy getaway in nature. We can't wait to return.
The cabin was very well equipped. We were very relaxed and cozy staying here. The fireplace was helpful in staying warm. The kitchen is well set up.
There were many good books to select a good read from. Lighting, fireplace, hottub and all other features were set up with very helpful information. I highly recommend this property.
We stayed for 4 days/3 night over a weekend. The cabin was in excellent condition. Super clean and the kitchen was well equipped with every thing to make your stay stress free. We spend our time relaxing, reading, listening to music and playing the thoughtfully provided board games. Grocery stores/LCBO/shopping less than 15 minutes away. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We absolutely loved our time here at the cabin!! It's the perfect escape from the city for peace and quiet. We got to watch some deer grazing right in front of us from the front porch - it was majestic. We particularly loved the fireplace, hot tub and reading nook and we made great use of them. We liked the puzzles and board games lying around as well. Be warned though, the Icefield Glacier puzzle is very challenging, haha. The cabin is very close to the hidden valley ski resort and Hunstville but we chose to stay in for the most part, and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Quaint 1970s style wooden building nicely decorated - they even had a turntable and albums (in addition to the bluetooth speaker). The upstairs loft overlooking the living room is just as pictured. The bed was comfy if the pillows could use an update; they were a bit too flat and lumpy for our liking but it's really our only complaint. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The BBQ works great, the hot tub was wonderful and the little propane firepit was lovely. We happily braved the mosquitoes to enjoy it. All in all a great place. Close enough to Huntsville for anything you'd need or to go out for dinner, and wonderfully secluded despite having close neighbours. Through the trees at night you can hear a very Muskoka combination of motor boats, fireworks (it was a long weekend), and loons calling. Lovely.
A girl power 3-nite holiday celebrating an upcoming birthday for a special ten-year old. We enjoyed an entire day at the private beach, paddling and swimming — perfect weather. Loved the privacy and coziness of the cottage and all its special touches. We frequented Farmers Daughter’s Market — loved this gourmet find, and had a delicious breakfast at Local on Main Street — would highly recommend. Huntsville is charming with its many shops and amenities.
Loved the character and charm of it all, and wished that we had planned to stay longer. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short!
Nat and Nick were responsive hosts. And clearly have an eye for design and understated elegance. Impeccable cottage deserving of five+ stars.
What a lovely way to spend a weekend! The cabin is tucked up a small hill in the trees, with enough privacy to feel secluded. A great place to relax and unplug. Warm, cozy, packed with essentials. The desk nook overlooking the living room and fireplace was great for productivity. Huntsville at this time of year was lit up and magical. Nat was so responsive and helpful. A fantastic stay!
