Spacious Lakeside Cottage on beautiful Mary Lake - Muskoka, Huntsville

Nestled in the quiet woods of Muskoka, on the sparkling shores of Mary Lake, this spacious 4 bedroom cottage provides a great 4 seasons retreat, comfortably sleeping 8 guests.

This lakefront property boasts 170ft of private lake access with a dock. The dock is great for swimming, sun bathing, fishing or even mooring a boat.

Amenities include a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, outdoor bbq, fire pit, private dock and lake access.
Also, 2 Kayaks, an inflatable tube and life jackets are provided for guests to enjoy.

The Sun Room is perfect as a quiet office for those that need to work remotely or a hangout space for playing cards, games or a second dining room. High speed Wi-Fi internet enables remote working.

Fall and winter at the cottage and the surrounding area is stunning, filled with fun activities including hiking trails, skating in the woods, skiing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, atv rides and snowmobile rides.

Alternatively, relaxing in the quiet peaceful nature and sitting by the fire pit is also highly recommended in all 4 seasons.

Perfect family cottage

This was our second year and we hope to return next year. It's lovely! Spacious and comfortable and quiet. The host was really helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Lovely place

The whole family loved this house. It's really easy to live in, the rooms are spacious and perfect for a family group. The lake is lovely too. We'd love to come back!

Great Lake Property

What a place

Property was perfect for the 10 of us. While being on a lake, away from neighbours, we were still close enough to the city to get provisions. Secluded, yet close to facilities like the nearby marina where we were able o rent a boat and jetskis. Overall a great stay.

Great cottage in terrific location

We had a terrific week at the cottage. Property was as advertised. Lots of bedrooms for our group of 10. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and included a dishwasher! Indoor and outdoor eating areas and sitting spaces are good sized for larger groups. Outdoors had an easily accessible dock area and a fire pit with a beautiful view of Mary Lake.

Weekend Getaway

This cottage is perfect for a medium-large group. It has lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The dock is great and gets a lot of sun throughout the day. There was some trouble with the bbq however they were quick to send someone out to come take a look at it. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend it.

Nice lakefront property, excellent views

Nice lakefront property with a great backyard area. Host is responsive and pleasant. The home itself has a great layout for different families or couples across different floors. Some of the furniture is rustic which we enjoyed, for those seeking that aesthetic, but the dinning room bench and chairs were slightly too rustic and loose/lacking in padding for me. Beyond that, the view from the house and patio is excellent. This is a great property to visit in any season.

Great Winter Getaway

We had about 20 cm of snow during our stay, but the plows came often so we were not snowed in at all. Winter views from the cottage were stunning, and we found plenty to do exploring the frozen lake next to the cottage. Heating was very good. Internet was fast. The place was clean. I highly recommend.

Christmas in Muskoka

This property overall lovely and is as it is described on the site. It is spacious warm and cozy and served our family well. It does however need some TLC as it is a little rustic. when we arrived ( a day late) due to weather conditions, the driveway had not been plowed. It was very difficult to get our supplies to the cottage as we had to clean the walkway ourselves. In order to use the barbecue and fire pit we also had to clear a path to that. This is a lovely property that would be wonderful in the summer. We were just disappointed that almost a full day was spent shoveling instead of enjoyingThe property and surroundings. We felt that the host should have at the very least made arrangements to clear the deck and made access to the fire pit for us. All in all, nice property but if you’re going in the winter months, be prepared to work for it. beautiful surroundiWe also had to clear

Great cottage/Host

We stayed at this beautiful cottage in Muskoka (Huntsville) from July 4 to July 8 with family and friends, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The cottage was spotless and beautifully maintained you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming for guests. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our group.One of the highlights was definitely the private dock and lake access. The lake was calm, clean, and perfect for swimming we spent hours enjoying the water and the peaceful views. It was so nice to have our own space to relax without any crowds.The host was also fantastic very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question during our stay. It made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature with all the comforts of home!

Great place

Great place for our two families. The place had a good amount of space, was clean and easy to access (also super close to Huntsville). It wasn’t super modern but was just what we needed. Water was warm in July! So kids had a blast
