We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

"The pool wasn't open, the staff were very kind and cordial with me but the front desk was very rude to my wife and also refused to give the proper room after having an issue. this issue was not corrected until the following day and the room rates are almost 30$ apart.
