"Clean room great price staff was great. "

"Went to check in and the hotel had cancelled my stay without notifying me due to "renovations" going on. No phone call, no email. I arrived and almost didn't get a room, they finally was able to find one room after waiting for 45 minutes. Wasn't able to offer a discount for the inconvenience. Then we lost hot water due to a plumbing issue for a whole day. Very poor experience, will not stay here again. "

"Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean room with comfortable beds. awesome pool for the kids, even though it was a bit cold. I wish you didn’t have to pay for breakfast but understandable and nice to be able to opt out if you’d rather not eat at the hotel. Great location and would stay there again!"

"It was clean and breakfast was good. However, I booked a stay here specifically for the pool, hot tub, bathtub in my room and fireplace out side which was advertised having and non of the above were working or available. I could get no refund, nor did they give any upgrade since I went through a third party the front desk said. Needless to say I never give poor reviews but was very disappointed. "
