The room was filthy. I had to clean the toilet and make the bed. There was no power or heat and the TV did not work either. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money getting a room there.

It was a dump. they did not have a room for us, our brother was to get a room as well, so in the end they had one room open that they cleaned while we stood there. so all three of us had to share it with the brother sleeping on the couch. Plus we were charged for it. They now will try to refund both us and the brother for the rooms we were to get in the first place.

They lost a friend's reservation and told them we had cancelled so they could have the room. The property has the appearance of several long term residents perhaps with addictions. When we called to question they hung up on us. Definitely can not recommend for any reason. Photos are very misleading!

I go there to sleep and take a shower a shower no hand towels no washcloths. came in after hours nobody to get anything from there is two of us bed with smaller than wanted overall some maintenance issues but for the price I guess kept one out of the rain.

We scheduled a 2 night stay but only were able to stay 1night . We went to our room later in the afternoon the 2nd night opened the door and the room was compromised by the staff and it wasn't house keeping. It was a good thing we took our belongings prior to the second night stay.Hard to tell what would have happened. We are currently waiting for a 1day refund from the owner. Would not recommend.

The property was very unkept...the room we were booked for was filty and stuff was broken. I called and they were very quick to switch us to a "better" room, which had broken blinds so you had no privacy, the bedding had cigerette burns, there was a huge gap between the door and frame, the lock on the door didnt latch. Looking outside the windows from the room looked like a crime scene with rusty shears and torn dirty clothes in the bushes in front of the windows!

Worse experience

When I arrived, office was closed at 8:30 pm. Called the number on door, was told that they had long term stays, no rooms available. They also said they tried contacting Hotel.com to tell them to take them off of site. No help at all. My account has been charged. I had to sleep in my car.

Depressing

I booked a room maybe 4 hours in advance, and they seemed surprised when we arrived. I’m not sure what would have happened if they hadn’t driven up when we arrived, but the moment we went into our room, we wanted to leave. Stale cigarette smell, bedsheet as a curtain, very old ac with paint on it. I didn’t even want to use the bathroom, but when I thought about it, there was stuff in the toilet- maybe tobacco? We got a room somewhere else, and tried to return the key. No one was available to open the door or answer the phone. The voice mailbox was full. We put the key in the room so we could get on with our day. I think I would have smelled like that room after a few hours. Maybe they don’t get many bookings and it’s mostly short term living, there was a no vacancy sign when we arrived. Call them first, and ask to see the room first, and don’t book through hotels.com (they panicked when I told them that I had) icky
