It features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle as well as a dining area for two persons. The bathroom is en suite with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.



The 15 m² large, covered terrace offers shade, a table with chairs and a clothes horse. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, insect screens and separate access rights provide additional comfort.



The accommodation is located just 200 m from the sea, near restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the town centre. A parking space is available free of charge on the property.
