Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

Room was clean. People were friendly and helpful. However, the check in office is about 50 meters away from the building where my room was located. It was very easy to find parking on the street. The restaurant on the first floor was very good
