"Excellent location right next to subway station but also close to ongoing construction that might be a concern if you are sensitive sleeper. Walking distance to Coex Mall and cafes. "

"Room was decent size and clean. The hotel is right near the trains station so convenient to transportation. There's also a street with a ton of restaurants two blocks away. Very easy to walk to. Go up to the workout center at the top of the hotel, even if you don't work out, for a great view of the city skyline. And here's the best part, Try the dinner buffet at least once. It's THE BEST of any hotel buffet that we have eaten at and we travel a lot. For the inexpensive price you get really amazing gourmet food! And for those who drink, unlimited beer on tap! :) There were people who didn't stay at the hotel come to eat the dinner buffet. That tells you a lot!"

"I had such an amazing stay at the Imperial Palace! The staff were genuinely the sweetest I’ve ever encountered, from the reception team to the cleaners. Every interaction made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, and the whole experience made me feel like royalty wherever I went. I’d love to stay again on my next visit!"

"Professional set up. They gave me a comp bottle of red wine on check in for being Gold with Hotels.com. They needed a CC and I had to go back to check in desk and they gave me a small champagne bottle for my trouble"
