This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. To access your room, you’ll need to scan a QR code generated after completing the check-in process at the kiosk located in the lobby near the entrance. The whole experience was new to me, but it worked out smoothly in the end.
The room was very clean, quiet, and had a nice, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area has other hotels, stores and restaurants, and it’s easy to catch a bus nearby. The room also included a mini fridge with a few bottles of water, as well as a table and chair for personal belongings. The basement area has tables and chairs where you can sit and eat, as eating is not allowed inside the rooms. The price was very reasonable, and overall, the stay was well worth it. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Suwon.
