"Breakfast was buffet with a few options but staff slow to refill when food ran out. No shower cap, vanity kit, etc in rooms. I hate using soap gel and the perfume was overpowering. Check in was a little stressful as staff were busy and not very attentive to our needs. We are also loyalty members and staff didn’t bother asking us until I pointed it out and then staff member said we’re not in system so we showed her our member number and tier… in other IHG hotels we are always welcomed with wine, fruit, etc, nothing here at Voco. Only plus was that this hotel was very close to cruise terminal but would prefer somewhere else next time."

But worse, there was no towel but I got one from a staff member, but it was a waste of time as there was only a trickle of water and even after 10 minutes, no hot water. But worst of all, the smoke alarm was dead (I know about them) and it was a very long way down to the only fire exit. If I could give it a zero I would. Take it off your list."
