"This is a great hotel in an excellent location in Tokyo (Ginza). Their breakfast is stellar, you can choose between the Japanese breakfast (which is to-die-for) or an american-style breakfast. Additionally, they have a buffet style assortment of delicious food that is well made/prepared. The rooms are clean, a bit small but that is pretty standard in Tokyo. There are amenities such as laundry service, they have onsen (baths) for women and men (separate), a very small gym with a few 4-5 machines, and a vending machine. We never used room service, but I imagine it would have been high quality. The front desk was very helpful when we realized on the day-of that we had booked one night too few by mistake. They managed to fit us in without having us change rooms. A major relief to put it mildly!"

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. I also felt that this hotel was overpriced. "

"I lost the hotel key card (US$0.20) and the hotel charged me a US $6.50 for it. I travel internationally very often and sometimes the room key cards are not even returned and I never had any hotels ever charged me for a lost or non-returned twenty cents key card."

"Clean rooms. Staff were nice. Good area near a train station. A few convenience stores around and a mall connected to the hotel. "

"Location of smoking area means smells permeate hotel including non smoking rooms. Rooms are tired and worn. Desk staff quality highly variable."

"This hotel is just a block away from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. It’s also conveniently located right next to a Family Mart making it a great location. The room was clean and spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. I love that there was a little table and small tatami area. There was a free coffee/latte machine downstairs and a lounge with books and other games. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen as I have tattoos, but I’m sure it was wonderful too. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The hotel is perfect. The only thing it was lacking is restaurants around the area. Fairly close to the subway system."
