But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "Nice comfortable place to stay while doing thai passport, only 15 min walk. Bed was most comfortable, staff great, clean room, cheap price. What else can you want?"

"Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food.
