"Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly. "

"It was a difficult property to find. Not a great option for a foreigner in Thailand. The room itself was great, although the only way we were able to find it was from our taxi driver speaking to people in the area to help us find it. "

But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience.
