The people are the kindest, most welcoming, and genuine that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at any hotel. I was in town for a conference, and used the free shuttle several times for the airport and to travel to and from the convention center. Antoine was always on point, picked me up within 10 minutes at the airport, pointed out local restraints and shopping, and had a great music playlist. Another gentleman (I feel horrible for not remembering his name) actually came in early to drop me off at the airport before 5 am! I enjoyed our talks and the humor helped make the trip so much better. I wish both of them all the best and hope karma does her job and returns the joy and kindness to them both. And again overall everyone was kind and welcoming, place was clean and in an optimal place for a work trip.
