"The host was really lovely, was responsive to our needs and overall really good value for money. The only couple of things that would have made it 5/5 for us would have been softer beds and lower pillows (very firm beds and high firm pillows) and also a working oven as ours was on the fritz but we had an airfryer so that was great. This did not impact the quality of our time and it was a lovely stay."

"The rooms were very clean. A couple of the bunk beds were particularly hard and extremely uncomfortable. Lots of dust in the bunk room mattress to be aware of if anyone has allergies. Parking is easy, there is a parking spot attached to the unit you stay in. Pools are very clean. Laundry facilities were simple to use with plenty of clotheslines available in a fenced off area."

"We had a nice stay, the apartment is wonderful, views amazing (even on the hinterland side where we could still see the water from the balcony anyways), close to everything. Easy access in the lifts from the parking to the apartment. All amenities were great, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen well equipped. Contact with the actual management of Cllix was difficult - our details didn’t transfer through from hotels.com to them so we didn’t receive any confirmations for check in details, I called to confirm and they didn’t record my email correctly so still nothing. Had to call them direct again to get access to the building and codes to collect the keys. The parking was fine until someone decided to park in our allocated space, again tried to call management to get an alternate park, and yes they resolved it but it was painful and time consuming to deal with. The place otherwise is amazing and if we have spare time for the next visit we would stay again but if you don’t have a lot of time, the painful administration issues take the niceness of the property away. As we stayed on the weekend we didnt have the construction noise next door, but Monday morning it started at 6am. Which was fine, but definitely there. The apartment really was lovely."
