Second stay, both times have been great
Second time I have stayed here with a friend and both times have been great. Rooms are decent sized, comfortable, clean and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool and bar area are relaxed and quiet. Hotel is quiet so you can always get a good night's sleep, even if you come back late from a nightclub.

We loved staying at Ibiza Heaven Apartments and will definitely return. Our apartment was spacious and clean and the location was fab - close enough to Playa d’en Bossa and also tucked away from any street noise.

The property is bice and clean. Staff is friendly. Most speak a few languages. Our room was very quiet and clean, but the bathroom was missing hand soap by the sink. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was located in a quiet area, but a little far from many bussling spots. Cabs are easy to acquire, through the hotel desk.

The air conditioner wasn’t working at the first apartment and they changed the room for us. The new room was quite smelly and the blankets are quite dirty.

Hi, thanks for your review. however, when you told us that the AC doesn't work properly we changed immeditely the apt. with another. About the blankets we doubt that was dirty, because we have a really good clean service, but of course could it happens an error. Anyway, you shoulded warn us about it. In this way we were able to give new ones.

Loved it
We did enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Bar and restaurant are very nearby, beaches only 10mins walk. Only 15min from airport. Nice swimming pool too. Loved it

Great facilities (boss Bluetooth speaker in every room!), lovely bathroom, cleaned daily. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Great location and good pool facilities. 100% coming back!

Walked in to find cover to circuit breakers hanging off the wall, only 1 pot in the kitchen (literally, nothing else....not sure how this is a fully equipped kitchen), black marks all over the wall, and a shower with a window that is at your face level facing the hallway (people call look right at you as you are showing). They also ONLY offer a nespresso coffee maker and only give you 2 capsules, with an assumption that you will buy more from them for 2 euro/pop. We brought ground coffee and they refused to give us any option other than buying capsules from them in order to make coffee in the morning (such a TERRIBLE experience in my opinion). Even after letting them know about the circuit breaker cover, pots, and coffee frustration, they only brought a single skillet up to us and let it all go. Not sure how that helps the situation... All that being said, the place is a solid consideration for your trip. It works. If thats what you are looking for, then fair enough. But if you want to make it an apartment for the time in Ibiza, then you will be left looking for more. Like dishes. Silverware. Paper Towel. Cooking dishes, enabling you to make coffee. You know...the things that an apartment would have. Basics.

Dear travis,from recepction we apologize whit you. the team give you thanks for you feedback. However the capsules of coffe there two for welcome in the apartment, dont have a cost of 2eur/pop. For the parking there two option, parking free around,also private parking. your election was private parking. My gift for you was two capsules for coffe, more two welcome capsules free, and my partner was give you the keys FREE for parking private. we always worry about improving and your comments help us a lot. Spacious
No locks in bathroom and would be nice to get changes in bedding. Only two mirrors in the house - bit of a struggle getting ready with four people.

Staff was always very helpful with suggestions at all hours. Rooms were clean, nice little balcony, loved that the room keys provided to all of us was actually a wrist band that would buzz you in, somewhat like a fob. Very cool! No way of losing your hotel key. Walking distance from the beach boardwalk, supermarket, and tons of restaurants. Would definitely recommend !

Easily accessible for all Ibiza highlights
Stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights. The room was clean, had good wifi, air conditioning, balcony, fringe and powerful shower. The apartments are a short walk from many points of interests in Ibiza. Ushuaïa and Hi were a 15 minute walk, beach was about a 5 minute walk. Cocktail bars/restaurants are between 5/10 minute walk. We caught the ‘disco bus’ from Ushuaïa one evening to San Antonio for a night in Mambos and it was £3.50 each way and about 20 minutes bus ride. Ibiza town was even closer than San Antonio. Airport was a 10 minute taxi ride away. Staff were friendly and approachable.

FAB hotel! Would highly recommend!
Such a fab hotel! We arrived really early and they let us check in to our room almost straight away - it was much appreciated after a very early start! The room was great - really new and the 1 bedroom was perfect for 3 people. Don't be put off by someone having to sleep on a sofabed - it was the comfiest sofabed I've ever slept on! I slept so well the entire time we were there! The rooms have aircon, which was great and made getting ready and sleeping much easier! There is a fridge, microwave and hob in the room - we only used the fridge, which was great, the ONLY downside was that there was no freezer compartment, however the bar downstairs were great in giving us some ice to take up to our room for drinks. The reception will order taxis for you too, which arrived in minutes! The location is good - just a short walk down to Playa D'en Bossa and the beach. (15 minute walk to Ushuaia). It's a nice quiet area so sleep wasn't disturbed. We had a super late flight home and the hotel let us leave our bags securely with them and we had use of the pool all day and there was a shower room to use too. The hotel made our trip brilliant, I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing experience
We had such a great experience in this apartment hotel. Everything was beyond our expectation. We had a minor clogging problem with the shower, but this often happens in beach towns. The problem was handled promptly. The rooms were amazing, the location was great. It was super close to everything. Highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy Ibiza!

Perfect hotel in Bossa
After staying in 3 others hotels the previous years in Bossa this is my favourite. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Balcony over looking the pool, Bluetooth speakers, double comfy sofa bed, fresh towels daily, toothbrush and shower gel provided, coffee pods and towels for down the pool area. You can also pay a €10 deposit to take them to the beach which is fab when you’re on hand luggage. Staff are great and let us check in a bit earlier. Also a shower room after we had a beach day after check out. Decent bar for a few drinks, food was ok and good value. Great location and taxis skoot round in a few mins when our order them. Pool area was quiet and clean. Perfect spot for what we wanted - I would def return.

Fantastic hotel!
The building is in excellent condition. The rooms were very clean. Off the beaten path but VERY close to the main strip on Playa Den Bossa. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit.

Nice clean hotel
About 3-4 mins walk to the strip of main clubs,bars & restaurants etc.. and about a 10 min walk to Ushuaia & hi I would stay here again as it was very clean and not scruffy like some of the other hotels around that area. Room was very nice and cold with air con, nice size shower & blue tooth bose speaker so you could play music from phone.

Absolutely disappointed!
Cab drivers doesn't know the apartment. Cleaners didn't clean the apartment and wasn't given new towels daily. Unable to get a tea before 8am. When I asked the lady said starts at 8 but come around 5 past 8. No kettle in the apartment. One morning at 10.30 wasn't allowed to sit outside in the sofa chairs because the man was cleaning the floor. I have never experienced this all the years I have been travelling. Never ever go there again!

Dear Angela, We are so sorry the taxi driver didn´t know our location, we will ask Mr. Google to put a big red dot on our location for clumsy drivers. Sorry that we don´t have cafeteria service before 8 am and that we were late for 5 minutes (you know....Spain). And a big sorry that you didn´t see the kettle in your appartment which is in the cupboard (can send you a picture if you want). So sorry that we have to clean the swimming pool and tarrace floor once in a while and that you were so unlucky to had to cope with it. I guess you rather appreciate a dirty floor better. In regards to the cleaning of your room, although the only reason we don´t clean is if the client places the red note on the handle, we will look into it and make sure it doesn´t happen again.
