Very nice hotel centrally located in Bossa. Great if you're traveling with a group as they have multi bedroom accommodations. Be aware, if you're trying to have friends back at your place after the club, the front desk will try to charge you €80 per guest, which is absolutely ridiculous. That's really the only negative thing I have to say about the place.

The only issue that I would have is there is only paid parking close by. Otherwise what a great and relaxing stay. Great restaurants nearby, shopping and minutes to D’en Bossa beach. Grocery stores close by and nightlife and bars very walkable. Steps to anything you could want. Unit themselves were very convenient with a kitchen and fridge and freezer. Units also have access to outdoor spaces and hotel provides beach towels. There are also a pool and hot tub and restaurant onsite. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The aparthotel is wonderful . Modern luxurious and spotlessly clean . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable. The food and cocktails in the poolside bar are amazing however expensive. The pool area has ample sunbeds . Playa den Bossa is not the best area in Ibiza and the beach is OK but a little dirty in areas . We spent the evenings in Ibiza Town which is a short taxi ride away and is beautiful.

It was a nice hotel and location was good. The staff were abnormally strict and charges 80 euros for any visitors. The reception staff were very unreasonable and unfair and for the price we paid I can say confidently there would be a lot better options on the island if you are here with a group of friends.

The property is beautiful, but the property is offering things on the website and descriptions that are not offered once you are checked in. The bed was awful, we did not get a queen bed as described (1 Double bed in Expedia amenities ) but 2 terrible twin beds that were splitting during the entire night, we did not get a terrace or balcony as described on Expedia amenities under (outdoor space). The room did not have an iron and you have to pay 15 USD to get one. They expressed they have only 4 irons for the whole hotel which has 100 rooms, I have always found an iron for a room, even in 3 stars hotels. I would suggest property managers not lie about their amenities and communicate with their clients with honesty. For these reasons i would not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives visiting IBIZA.

Great hotel
The stay was great. Pool, rooms and everything was perfect. It conveniently had a supermarket on sight which was very helpful. The location is walking distance to all the clubs which was great. Only down side was we were told check in was at 2 but our room was not ready until 2:30. Usually it wouldn't matter but we had a plan we had to start getting ready for so it made timing super tight and not ideal. While at the pool we heard other guests with the same issue.

Very Overpriced - wouldn’t recommend
The staff are the only thing that is good about this hotel, other than that we were incredibly disappointed. We booked 1 x Junior Suite and 1 x 2 Bedroom Suite. The photos on the website match the design of the rooms and hotel however this hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear your neighbours conversations and other activities… Also the description of “suite” is misleading. The junior suites do not come with balconies, and the two bedroom apartment with sofa bed is sharing a singular bathroom that is smaller than the bathroom in the one bedroom junior suite, which is already very small. The AC units are very noisy also. They also make you wear wristbands as your access keys which we felt wasn’t ideal at all. It is a pretty looking hotel but honestly it is way, way overpriced. We were all extremely disappointed and found much nicer places for much cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the price versus value. The only credit is the staff at the hotel who were amazing.

We are pleased that you found our staff to be AMAZING (amazing staff, they deserve to be paid a good salary and that is never cheap), that you found the hotel to be beautiful and that you found the photos on the website to match the design of the rooms and the hotel. Also, we are not aware, during your stay, of the other issues you mention in your review. If we had known about them during your vacation, I assure you that we would have addressed them immediately. The characteristics of each suite are very well defined on our website, and correspond to reality. It is convenient for our clients to consult us in case they have any doubt about the ideal and most comfortable accommodation option to accommodate 2 or up to 6 people. If you needed two bathrooms, because you are more than 2 people, we would have advised you to take two junior suites with one bathroom each, or a Sactuary Suite (which has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet). All rooms are equipped with climalit system to insulate your Suite thermally and acoustically. As we told you, if you leave the windows or terrace doors open, the sensors will automatically disconnect the AACC and the outside noise and heat will enter your suite. On the other hand, we regret that the value for money was not what you expected, if during your stay you had given us the opportunity to know the issues we could improve to make your stay more pleasant, we would have pleased you and thus, the value for money would be perfect. In this regard, we recommend that you make reservations in advance and directly with us, in order to benefit from better prices and conditions. In any case, we take note of everything indicated, to continue working and improving and thus, make our customers happy. Best regards.

This was a very disappointing place. Located in probably the least attractive part of the island and far away from the small town and the nicer beaches, the room (meh) includes a kitchen but the kitchen has absolutely nothing in it, not even a sponge. Everything is extra - the gym etc (even the locker costs a euro). There is absolutely no service— any slight accommodation is refused. Just a terrible choice as a place to stay in Ibiza. Go elsewhere!

Our guest use to love Migjorn Ibiza location, is just 5 minutes by car from the airpot and 10 minutes from Ibiza town. Just 3 minuntes waking from the reception you find Playa den Bossa one of the longest and crowed beaches from the island. Just 10 minutes from the hotel you find Salinas that is one of the nicest an famous beaches of the island. The gym lockers are not with extra cost, just need one euro to close it and when you open you get the euro back. We are sorry that you felt that way but we take your feedback very serious as we are in continous improvement. Best regards

The location was great, and the staff was friendly. However, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We requested to have it fixed, but the temperature never got below 24°C/75°F. The bathroom also flooded with every shower, and the beds were hard as a rock. We ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed directly under the air conditioning to get some sort of break from the heat, and because we couldn’t sleep in the hard bed.

When we first arrived at mighorn it was late. Upon going to our room we noticed an overpowering smell of mould. The bed was uncomfortable, the room it was in barely had enough space to put your legs on the side, or open a suitcase. it was also on a corner of the main road, and under the main flight path. I am a gold member of hotel.com and had asked about an upgrade but instead I'd been given possibly the worst room in the hotel room 105. Girlfriend not impressed. We had no choice but to stay there til morning when we asked to move. The next day we where shown two rooms after complaining . Both smelled of mould but not so strongly. They had the same poorly designed layout of 3 levels but had a bit more space in the bed area and where more quiet. The design of the rooms is a negative point. You dont really have the feeling of space. More of claustrophobia. I didnt enjoy staying there. Furnishings where shabby and the bed and pillows far from what you expect at a 4*. The rest of the hotel was nice. Staff where freindly enough. Pool was nice though the music seemed to be the same every day. Pool bar staff where hit n miss. One man sometimes ignoring. Barely smiling. Others where ok. Professional but a bit disinterested. I guess it's been a long season. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is let down by the rooms. This is my first time to write such a negative review on here. The hotel looks amazing on the website but the rooms are only 3 star at best. I wont return.

They don’t provide an iron. Yes, you read that correctly. This 4 Star hotel does not provide an iron. You get a toaster and a fridge but there are zero irons to be located on the premises. No iron meant me and the lads had to walk around for the next few days looking like we had ironed our shirts with a cauliflower. The staff offered us an ironing service but at €8 a shirt it’s neither reasonable or desirable. We spoke to other travellers who were staying here and they had the same annoyance. Overall the property was fine and the pool had good vibes. Good location in Bossa. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was ok for something that’s included. If you like cocktails then try the Miami Vice cocktail.

Great stay in a great location!
i have been to Ibiza a lot and with friends this has been my favourite place to stay! Staff were lovely, apartments were a great size (we had a Junior Suite for 2 people) and the pool area was lovely. You have Hi and Ushuaia on your doorstep and so many shops and restaurants minutes away.

This hotel is conveniently located on Playa d’en Bossa, which allows you to be close to the party life if that’s what you are after, and at the same time it’s not near enough to them to make the stay uncomfortable. This and the general friendliness of the staff, however, are the only two positive things I can say about the hotel. Everything else is either very bad, bad or mediocre. I stayed in a junior suite, so can’t say about other types of accommodation, but the layout of the junior suite is utterly inconvenient. It’s split over three levels. Neither is big enough to comfortably open a suitcase. Shower is arranged so that water is flowing out and all the way down the stairs. On the ground level you have a terrace with a view of a whitewashed wall - what’s the point? Overall, I was very disappointed and glad to leave

Great hotel where everything was just perfect. Very thorough cleaning of the room daily but also the premises were kept extremely clean. Loved the breakfast and enjoyed the good massage at the spa.

Our room flooded from a storm, we asked for extra blankets that never arrived also, followed up again and nothing arrived - we were cold at night. The room itself was great and so was the breakfast.

When it rained it flooded our whole suite. Had to use all the towels we had including our personal towels.

Be aware of the room locations, or plan to pay more when you get onsite. My review is based upon the room we were placed it. The complex is located on one of the busiest and noisiest corner intersections in Ibiza. Into the early morning hours, you can hear loud music, traffic (motorcycles, honking, etc. Our request to move into a different location into the complex away from the noise was denied without paying an upgrade fee on an already expense stay. Definitely not worth the money, and a very terrible rest. The rooms themselves are a decent size and clean. Location wise if you are looking for nightlife this is the place

Nasty staff, bad service, loud, uncomfortable
I've never experienced such horrible service at a hotel in my life (and I basically live in hotels). Bellman decided to start raising his voice, yelling and escalating a situation when there was simply confusion around the use of the courtesy changing room. The general staff was unresponsive. We received the wrong instructions where to find our room. And despite staying extremely calm and friendly towards the front desk manager she was very rude towards me, visibly in a bad mood, and literally walked away from me multiple times in the middle of a conversation after threatening to kick me out of the hotel simply because I was trying to remedy the previous conflict with the bellman. She actually said to me I'm wasting her time and that I am wasting my own vacation time after about 1 minute of conversation. She was uncooperative, unpleasant, cold and vengeful and set a bad mood for my entire group of friends. Additionally the 2 bedroom apt was 4 separate floors with steep stairs and so compact you feel claustrophobic, not comfortable, and it was positioned in front of the adult pool area which has extremely loud music throughout the day. Overall there were some good aspects such as being clean but the bad aspects completely ruined the experience. I hope this review is a strong warning to anyone considering this hotel, there are dozens more to choose from which are certainly much better.

We are really sorry that we did not succed your expectations, but we are normally not used to deal with guest that enjoy insulting the staff and provoke them or lie about two extra guest, avoiding paying for them, after explaining you the rules and seeing the disrespect towards our staff of the two “non guests”. After a lot of conversations, bad behaviour of your guest, throwing maid cars on the floor,... we warn you that the next bad behaviour we would invite you to leave our hotel. Exceptionally clean!
Great complex if you are young and going away with friends. Pros: Exceptionally clean, great breakfast, staff are very helpful. Cons: Location isn’t great, rooms are comfortable but very small, directly on the flight path so quite noisy.
