Very good breakfast and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. Staff were generally very helpful. Although this property is on a quiet side street, every door closing or loud conversation could be heard within the property. (It is built in the beautiful, but noisy, open courtyard style.)There aren't many dining options near this property, but there are a couple within a 10-15 minute or so walk.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower took a while to get warm but eventually gets warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're in Ica!

Clean hotel, basic facilities but new and modern. Great location as the shopping centre is opposite it. Paid extra 25 soles p/night for air conditioning in a single queen bed room. The rooms look onto another room with the windows, so privacy was a issue if staying in the room for the whole day (without getting daylight). Breakfast was delicious with fresh hot bread! Best bread so far! They were very strict with checkout times, and staff could have been friendlier without typing in caps with the refusal of late checkout. Service of the man could be improved, but the ladies were very nice.

We've been given a room that intermittently smells like sewage, smelly sheets, and a door lock that doesn't work. The breakfast was meh, but staff friendly. The location is dodgy. Buildings facade looks modern and new, don't be fooled by it. I can't believe I've paid $100 / night for this

Disaster, booking system does not work!!
Disaster! Booked 2 rooms on Hotels.com for 3 days of meetings with a tight schedule. We specifically picked a hotel in the center of town that would be easy for meetings. The website showed five or six rooms available. When we arrived, the front desk told us is that NO rooms where available. We asked very directly why there were no rooms, and why they would have booked rooms to us, and we showed them our confirmation number. They really did not have any answer. The front desk clerk called to find another hotel. He then called a cab and said he would pay the cab driver to take us to the other Hotel. We ended up on the outskirts of town, in a much different hotel, in a much different area. And then the cab driver asked us for fare because he had NOT been paid by the first hotel. Overall, we spent an hour and a half after a 5-hour bus ride trying to get to a hotel. And the rest of the trip was very difficult because our meetings have been scheduled around the location. I suggest you stay elsewhere. Very small hotel and obviously their booking system does not work.

Soy francesa, de paso por Ica desde Lima. Había elegido evitar el centro de la ciudad para estar tranquilo y evitar el ruido. Me encontré con una obra en construcción a 2 metros de mi puerta. Ruido de taladro, lijadora, soldadura, además de las conversaciones de los trabajadores justo detrás de mi puerta. Andamios en medio del pasillo, lluvia de chispas en el camino, etc.... Esta es la primera vez que veo un hotel abierto durante una construcción tan importante. Todo esto sin una sola palabra de disculpa por parte de la gerencia, ni siquiera hablo de descuento... solo una notita "perdón que estés en problemas, tenemos trabajo", nada, como si fuera normal. En resumen, muy, muy decepcionado. Aunque el hotel es bastante bonito y está decorado de forma sobria pero con buen gusto, la falta de respeto hacia los clientes es inaceptable. Tengo fotos por si alguien duda de mi buena fe. Lástima porque el equipo, aunque no sea muy demostrativo, es bastante joven y amigable... Je suis français, de passage à Ica depuis Lima. J'avais choisi d'éviter le centre ville pour être tranquille et éviter le bruit. Je suis tombé sur un chantier à 2 mètres de ma porte. Bruit de perceuse, ponceuse, soudure, plus les conversations des ouvriers juste derrière ma porte. Echafaudages en plein milieu du couloir, pluie d'étincelles sur le passage, etc ....C'est la première fois que je vois un hôtel rester ouvert pendant des travaux aussi importants. Tout ça sans un seul mot d'excuse de la direction ...

施設はシンプルで、必要にして最低限にまとめられています。夕食は出来ないようですが、朝食は準備されます。施設はパンナムハイウエーに近いため、少し歩けばレストラン、ショッピングセンター、スーパーマーケットへ行くことが出来ます。タクシーを使えばイカ市内の色々なレストランへも行けます。ワカチナオアシスもタクシーで１０分程でで行けます。

Alojamiento cómodo, agradable y tranquilo
El hotel está muy cerca a un centro comercial pero en una calle tranquila. No hay estacionamiento pero pudimos dejar el auto en la calle, frente al hotel donde hay cámaras de vigilancia. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y amplia. El desayuno ( incluido) bastante agradable. El hotel es nuevo o lo parece por lo bien mantenido que está.

Though this hotel itself is small, the room was wide, new and clean. It was very comfortable! It will be perfect if a small refrigerator and electric water-heater would be installed in each room.
