"Upon arrival the desk agent was very friendly,check on went smoothly. The room was clean, things were in order. We stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast was mediocre. The attendant wasn't great at keeping things filled and organized. On of the mornings there was no coffe. The attendant said the machine was broken and they had called for repairs. There was coffee the next morning. For the oatmeal there was just a can of Quaker oatmeal on the counter. This isn't the kind you can microwave. We were informed that housekeeping would clean the room every 3 days but if you wanted it done before that just request it. So the second day we requested and were out all day. When we returned nothing had been done. We called the front desk and was told they were short staffed and hadn't gotten to it. But someone would come change the trash. "

"We had a lovely stay! The kitchen has a lot of functional cookware which is important to us when we travel. Cathy was very responsive for our couple questions. The front living space and back sunroom were nice to have with our two young boys who need some space to rest or play. There were a lot of small amenities available (coffee supplies, seasonings, washing machine pods, pitcher, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner etc) - just really thoughtful. We will definitely rent again when we come back in town!"

"Pool is nice. The parking was good. The building good bones but inside interior needs to be fixed and cleaned. Our room wasnt so great cleaning wise. Couch looked like it was picked off the side of the road. Bed was comfy looked cleaned to sleep on top of sheets my daughter and i bring our own blankets my husband doesnt care and he said it was fine. "
