Emailed, complained and left messages on hotels.com nothing replied to, fan was leaking stagnet water which is a health risk, room stunk of stagnet water the carpet was wet, nothing done. Last time I will be staying at this hotel as I'm a regular user through work and it's a joke building 2 is out the way out of mind carpets filthy, rooms tiny

Everything was good considering the price. The staff were great, the food was good. I really liked the “help yourself” drinks and snacks.
