"nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for people who need it...desserts and ice cream at nice was a nice treat...would stay there again for sure....."

"We saw baby cockroaches in the rope fence, chair and one in our room. But all in all, kids had so much fun. The line is not crazy on slides which is great. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, great pool and breakfast. Room smelled a little musty at first entry, but improved with air on higher setting. Room was bigger than expected for an older building. Great location next to Titanic museum and many shows and restaurants."

"Room was clean but ac had some issues until we notified staff. It was fixed right away. Room had no clock. No lotion but had a used hair conditioner along with new shampoo. Nothing to stir coffee that's avaliable in room which tasted awful. Buffet had lots of choices but poor choices for diabetic people. Also those eggs looked awful. Looked like they were powered eggs. We loved the pool and hot tub area although needs some updating/painting. Would be nice if there were make up wipes avaliable. "

"Very clean well kept property with complimentary hot breakfast such as sausage, eggs, potatoes, bisquits, gravy, waffles plus muffins and continental choices. At 9:00 -11:00 they offered evening desserts with 2 different cobblers, a selection of cookies and ice cream. Staff is so nice and welcoming! The hotel is in an excellent, safe location. Fyi..pool is outside and no hot tub if you are looking for that in a hotel. Rooms are exterior with no elevator and as mentioned in other reviews the breakfast area requires one flight of stairs to reach. "

"Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. Will definitely stay here again! "
