"The room was VERY clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. The ONLY problem with the room is that bathroom does NOT have a fan. I was with my 3 children during this trip. After child #3 took a shower, the smoke detector started blaring, due to the steam coming from the bathroom. We thought the building was on fire, until I opened the front door, realized the only room screeching the fire alarm was us, and waved a towel under the alarm until it stopped. I know this is an older building (a former Holiday Inn), but seriously .... update the building to include fans in the bathroom."

"Listed amenities include free, breakfast, pool and hot tub, laundry, and kitchen. Hot tub wasn’t functioning (not their fault), but for laundry, they had four machines, two, which don’t work, one of which that does work literally has the bottom portion off the machine as it’s broken and was leaking water while in use. Don’t even get me started on the smell afterwards. The staff themselves are good but it isn’t worth it to go there. This does not even include the doors which are paper thin."

"Excellent front desk staff! Room was absolutely perfect fit a few day stay but just wish there was a mini fridge…other than that I’m always happy to stay at the Sutherlin motel 6 …100% better than the Roseburg location imo.."

"My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience staying in Union Creek Resort while visiting Crater Lake and the surrounding area. Lodge room are clean, quaint and rustic in a beautiful setting. We had no issues with the shared bathrooms. Stayed two nights and never encountered another occupant. Love that its sets right near the creek. Could hear the sound of the rushing water in our room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room have no TV, internet and wifi is not the greatest. Would highly recommended, unless you can absolutely not live without TV or internet!! We would like to reserve a cabin the next time we visit."

"The place was right on the river which was beautiful and it had everything that we would need. It was clean and pretty roomy for my family and I to spend the weekend there and we absolutely loved it! We’re already trying to make another trip out here!"
