"Staff was excellent, helpful & very friendly. Ice machine was out in the parking lot away from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The one negative we had was there was not a cable guide for the TV. Unfortunately, I forgot to request a first floor room due to my mobility issues. When we got to the hotel there were only second floor room available with no elevator. The staff transfered us to a first floor room the next morning. They gave us a room with a raised toilet & extra safety bars, which I appreciated. We will be staying there again."

"Such a beautiful hidden gem in Oregon! The property is beautifully maintained, clean, peaceful, and full of character. It’s the perfect place for anyone who loves nature, hiking, waterfalls, and simply getting away from the busyness of everyday life. There are so many incredible places to explore nearby, and the location made it a wonderful home base for our adventures. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and gave us great recommendations for places to explore. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in creating a wonderful experience. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend this resort!"

The cabins are adorable and such a convenient location to many trailheads as well as crater lake! "Was a good place to spend a night after a full day at Crater Lake. Would have liked to explore the area more if our trip allowed more time for it. The campground was nice and well maintained. Bathroom had nice tiled showers with good hot water. The unit itself is not much but is as advertised. Appreciated the water jug that was set-up in there. Was cool dipping the toes in the nearby river in the morning."
