"We had such a nice experience at Riviera the amenities were amazing and plenty! The spa was also so relaxing and a wonderful experience. The room was clean, well kept, and the washroom was amazing in our suite! We had housekeeping come everyday and were always fully supplied in our room with everything we need including water. Would definitely recommend! I almost didn’t book this place because of some of the negative comments but that was not our experience at all when we stayed. "

"We arrived around 1pm. Knowing we would be that early, i had reached out to inquire about early check in. They were completely ready for us! It was nice to be in our room early and then go out to get supplies and a bite to eat after our flight. Housekeeping could have been more consistent, they said every 3rd day, but pur room only got made up once. Which was fine for us. They kept us up with clean towels when needed. One funny thing...there seemed to be a rogue cheeto on the steps up to our room the whole week we were there. It was funny to us, but did wonder why the stairs were not being swept daily. The marketplace in the lobby was wonderful for late night snacks and poolside beverages, if not a lottle overpriced."

"The most outstanding part of the stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. I needed help with my tv and a worker got to my room within 5 minutes, and he too was very friendly. The hotel is very nice, the pool and courtyard area had beautiful landscaping and the hills in the background. The location was perfect... it was a nice resort style hotel extremely close to the shopping area with plenty of great restaurants. Overall, I had a very nice stay and I plan on staying here again when I come back next year again with my friends."
