"Hotel was extremely clean, in a perfect location with very helpful staff"

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"All was great with the room and the hotel staff The breakfast is good but late on sat and sunday (be aware of that) The locatation is great Bar have very nice ambient! Also as streets are very small the pick up point for the hotel on plataforms uber/ cabify is not front of the hotel."
