"The staff are super friendly tip top service we had a sea view room with hot tub was superb,the breakfast options are great dinner options was ok not all the food was to my taste but it was still good with great entertainment and service at dinner. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel great beach to relax or go into the water 10/10"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mossa. It felt like home away from home and was exactly what we needed for a holiday. It's a 5 min walk to the beach, breakfast was generous with lots of options and warm service. Arrival was smooth - we were late and arrived after midnight, but the hotel was looking out for us. We loved Christos' dance class, and had the joy of joining their wonderful dance event on Monday. We hired bikes to explore Chania and enjoyed a day trip to Samaria Gorge organised by the hotel. We also had amazing restaurant recommendations from the hotel, couldn't be happier. Thank you for our stay and we’d love to come back another time."

"We stayed here for 6 nights and wished we could’ve stayed 6 more! The rooms are well-kept, simple but everything you need. The aircon works a treat which is essential, especially in July. Lefteris and his team make you feel like you’re staying with family for your whole stay, he will move mountains to accommodate you and everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. The pool is modestly sized but ideal for lounging and cooling down with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas beside it. The hotel is 3 minutes walk maximum from three different beaches which was an absolute dream! From bed to beach in minutes! As well as being about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop to Chania town, with a convenience store on the walk over. The location couldn’t be better. Breakfast is great! I’m gluten free and had gluten free bread separate and ready for me each morning as well as a gluten free brownie. There are plenty of options for breakfast, from a light fruit and yoghurt bowl to fresh dakos, doughnuts and orange cake. We couldn’t recommend Talos more, what an amazing experience!"

"Can’t wait to go back. We were originally staying in a villa but the host cancelled a week before we flew out. The team at Okeanis Elysium couldn’t have been more helpful. We spoke to them directly and they were upfront about the remaining work being done at the hotel but sent pictures of the rooms, private pool and communal pool (all immaculate). We used their neighbouring hotel for breakfast which was great and despite the occasional noise of renovation work being done, we found most of it came from another building close by that had nothing to do with them. The staff were so friendly, we got to see images of how everything will look when 100% completed. Looks amazing and very high end. At the pace of the work being done during our 1 week holiday, they will be completely finished very soon and we can’t wait to go back again. Too many hotels have images from 10-15 years ago and look outdated when you arrive. This place is BRAND NEW!"
