"The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her. "We had an amazing time over Christmas 2023. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. "Bit unfair to single out one person from the group of staff who were all very professional and super friendly BUT the Check in lady on Saturday morning 24th January was exceptional, an absolute credit to Scandic. In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi. We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good."

"Personnel pas accueillant, nous remettent nos clés sans explications du fonctionnement de l’igloo (comment mettre l’eau, les lumières, etc). On a dû trouver par nous même. Une fois l’eau mise, inondation sous l’évier, trempant tous nos bagages. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Déjeuner ok. Quand on va se renseigner, nous ignore totalement, ne se lève même pas pour voir ce que j’ai besoin. J’ai chercher la douche commune pendant 30 min car on me faisait juste un signe vers où aller mais m’ont pas expliquer que c’était avec le sauna et douche pas indiquer. Très décevant mais hutte mignonne. "
