"We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square. "

"Amazing New Year’s Mountain Getaway!This home was absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations. It’s a modern smart home with everything electronic, including a Samsung smart refrigerator, which immediately set the tone for a high quality stay.The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, washcloths, tissue, soaps, shampoo, a blow dryer, and even candles for a spa-like experience. If you forgot anything, it was already provided. As a chef, I was very impressed with the kitchen top quality pots, pans, and utensils made cooking easy and enjoyable. The laundry area was also stocked with washing pods and dryer sheets. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with high quality mattresses, and the furniture throughout the home was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the board games, movie options, and cozy living spaces. We even rang in the New Year using the outdoor fire pit, which made the experience extra special.As a single mom, finding something that is both nice and affordable is important to me, and this home delivered. The owner is truly about hospitality and people, not breaking the bank. Every penny was well spent, and we left completely satisfied.The owner was kind, down to earth, and very responsive, checking in during our stay and even wishing us a Happy New Year. This was an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Our hosts were amazing!!! Very helpful with check in and a very easy check out!!! The property was amazing. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The R&R toiletries is an excellent touch to help with the vacation vide. The champagne and chocolates were superb, very welcoming. We enjoyed and appreciated the coffee selection. The fenced in yard for the dogs and fire pit was the icing on the cake!! I would recommend 100%!! Will stay here again!"
