"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shinagawa Prince Hotel – A City Within the City The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is an impressive, full-scale destination in itself. The property is massive, featuring three distinct towers so yes, there may be a brief “Which tower am I in?” moment at check-in. Once I found my way to the Annex Tower, everything else was smooth sailing. I stayed in a queen room with a separate bath on the 30th floor, which offered a fantastic panoramic view of Tokyo. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what you want after full days of exploring the city. The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire property felt well-maintained and calm despite its size. What really sets this hotel apart is the sheer amount of on-site entertainment, bowling, shopping, dining, and more, making it feel like a mini city. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The Shinagawa Station is literally across the street, making it incredibly easy to hop on a train and explore Tokyo daily. And when the trains stopped running, a quick Uber ride back was under $10 USD, convenient and budget-friendly. While I didn’t try the hotel breakfast, based on the overall experience, I imagine it would be just as solid. All in all, I highly recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel and would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Tokyo. Convenience, comfort, and connectivity this place delivers."
