Great Location and very close to train station and very central. Rooms were clean, with all staff very attentive and going above & beyond in providing a seamless experience. Good breakfast options along with may resturants nearby within walking distance. Uber / Taxi was also easily available from the hotel and found this to be a game changer, when in rush to get to places or simply return to hotel after a long day of exploring. Overall a great experience in a very clean and contemporary accommodation, will recommend to all and definitely will be returning here.

Fantastic stay - rooms very well furnished and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and the hotel is convenient for both Haneda airport and the Shinkansen, close by on the Yamanote Line. Worth the expense if you’re looking for a high quality hotel for a trip to Tokyo.

Great service, they managed to check us in early and get us a room as we arrived quite early in Tokyo. We had paid for breakfast but would miss this on our last day because of an early morning flight so they packed breakfast bags for each of us. Would definitely stay here again. Also the location is very convenient with shops and the station right next door!

Great springboard to Tokyo. We loved that it is close to trains and a park. Both Mayumi and Jordan on the Executive Floor made a real difference in making our trip a success. Their innate knowledge of the area and fascinating excursions made our trip memorable in the best sense.

This is my second time at Pullman Tamachi. The location is the best, it’s very close to JR station, connected through a bridge. It’s not a crowded location because it is somewhat non-tourist area, more a neighborhood of families and workforce. You have few convenient stores within minutes away, Starbucks and other coffee shops, and a grocery store on ground level. The hotel itself is still pretty new, and upscale, design is nice, staff are all friendly and will go above and beyond!
