"Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. "The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it. The Wi-Fi is not working. That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and the lunch box service is especially valuable when heading out on a game drive."

"We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400.
